David N. Love’s construction background, education and expertise in residential and commercial contracting combines over 35 years of experience in the construction profession.

David held the position of Head Operating Engineer for Northern Contracting of Arizona from 1976-1980. In January of 1980 David launched his first construction business enterprise with a partner, Chandler Concrete Company. Chandler Concrete grew quickly and became a highly successful subcontracting vendor in the Phoenix area. In April of 1981, David expanded his contracting business desires and opened Love Development & Construction.

David is one of very few General Contractors in Chandler AZ that is a native to Arizona and was born and raised in Chandler. He and his team have built custom residential homes and commercial projects all over the State of Arizona, all with the same deep sense of commitment to Arizona and its residents reflected in every project brought to completion. David and his crew always create exactly what the client desires, but does not always know how to articulate. Love Development is with their clients every step of the way from beginning design to project completion. We create lasting relationships with our clients, and consider them one of our most valuable commodities.

A proud Arizona native, David plays an active role in the Chandler business community. He serves as a Director for the City of Chandler’s Board of Appeals committee and is a member of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce.

David is a licensed General Contractor in Arizona with Commercial Construction Class B-01 #135880 and Residential Construction Class B #135881 Licenses.
